Landlords can invite their tenants to join Rentila and give them access to their data. Landlord can do so by clicking on the button in Tenants. The tenants can accept the invitation and create their tenant profile. When tenants are connected, they can access their dedicated account. This means they will be able to view the information in the following sections: Landlord: showing the basic information on their landlord; Tenancies: information on their current tenancies; Invoices: to download their invoices/ receipts; Documents: to share documents with the landlord; Maintenance: to create or request interventions; Tasks: to create or complete a Lue lisää

My Profile
In My Profile, you can edit your personal details such as: Your name, Your address, Your contact details, Your company (if relevant), Logo and signature, Bank details. The default Landlord and subscription invoices use the information from this section. You can access My Profile from My Account on the top right corner of each page.
Settings
In My Account > Settings, you can customise certain settings. In particular you can: Choose to show or not the tenant balance on the invoices Edit the footers of the documents Change currency Change format of date, time and units of measurement Enable or disable some sections of the site. If you do so, the appearance of the main menu will change.
